    Customer Requirements Analysis

    We collect all necessary information required to prepare the transport order:
    a. Cargo dimensions (L / W / H) and weight
    b. Brand and model
    c. Cargo description (photos or technical drawings welcome)
    d. Loading and unloading method
    e. Required time frame
    f. Loading and unloading locations

    Offer Preparation

    After receiving all data, we select the appropriate trailer and calculate any additional costs such as oversized permits, escort vehicles, or ferry crossings.
    We then provide an all-inclusive offer and proposed execution dates.

    Preparation for Execution

    After written confirmation via transport order, we begin organizing all required formalities.

    Execution

    During transport, we remain in constant contact with the client. Our fleet is GPS monitored (tracking access can be provided upon request).

    Completion

    We provide CMR transport documents and issue a VAT invoice.
